📃 Ingredients of Almond Tartlet

The 10 ingredients to make Amandine Tartlet are:

  • 200g flour
  • 50g icing sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 125g of butter
  • 200g of ground and roasted almonds
  • 50g slivered almonds
  • 75g of butter
  • 40g of flour
  • lemon zest
  • 2 egg yolks

With these quantities, you will be able to serve amandine tartlet to approximately 15 people. You just have to adapt these measures according to the number of covers.

How to prepare Almond Tartlet?

You will have a total of 50 minutes, between the preparation and cooking of almond tartlet. Here are the 7 Steps required to prepare this recipe.

Step 1

  • Mix flour, butter, egg and sugar. Reserve in the refrigerator in plastic wrap.

Step 2

  • Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, a lemon zest, flour and almonds. Mix well until a cream is formed.

  • Take out the dough and make balls.

  • Spread the dough directly in your mold.

  • Mix the apricot jam with the oil to obtain a nice shine.

Step 7
